Who these terms are with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website lenza.care ("the Site"), operated by LenZA Healthcare Solutions ("LenZA", "we", "us"). By using the Site — including submitting the Request a Demo form or the HIV prevention interest registration form — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site offers

The Site describes LenZA's clinical workflow software for HIV and PrEP continuity of care, and provides two forms: a Request a Demo form for facilities, organisations and partners, and an HIV prevention interest registration form for individuals who want to be contacted by a community or programme worker about HIV prevention. The Site itself does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and registering interest is not clinical enrolment.

Using the Site

You agree to provide accurate information when using the Site's forms, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to interfere with its normal operation or security.

Intellectual property

The LenZA name, logo, and the content, design and software of the Site are the property of LenZA Healthcare Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law, including registration with the Copyright Office, Government of India (Diary No. SW-25489/2026-CO). You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, reproduce or redistribute the Site's content, branding or software without our prior written permission.

Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services to operate, including Formspree (form processing), Google Firebase (storing HIV prevention registrations), Cloudflare (hosting) and Google Fonts. WhatsApp conversations are provided by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. Your use of these services alongside the Site is also subject to those providers' own terms.

No warranty

The Site and the information on it are provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LenZA Healthcare Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. This applies regardless of the country you access the Site from.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
